Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
These are the ground rules for using Resto. We've written them in plain language because we think you deserve to actually understand what you're agreeing to.
Your account
- You need a valid email address to create an account
- You're responsible for the activity on your account
- One account per person — please don't share login access
- You can invite household members through the built-in invitation system
Payment and subscriptions
- Resto starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required
- After your trial, you choose a 6-month or 12-month subscription
- All prices are shown in your local currency (MXN for Mexico, USD otherwise)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal
- All purchases are final — we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We won't delete your data when you cancel — it stays available if you decide to come back. If you want your data deleted, just ask.
What we ask of you
We keep things simple. Please don't:
- Use Resto for anything illegal
- Try to access other people's accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload our servers
Limits of our responsibility
Resto is a financial tracking tool, not financial advice. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly and your data safe, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or be responsible for financial decisions you make based on the information in the app. Use good judgment — we know you will.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll let you know through the app or by email. We won't sneak anything past you.
